R. Alan Roush, OD

Dr. Alan Roush was born and raised in Kendallville, and followed in his father’s footsteps into the optometry profession. He attended Indiana University for undergraduate and optometry school. He graduated from IU School of Optometry in 1979 and moved back to Kendallville to join the family practice.

Dr. Roush has been involved in the Noble County community his entire professional career. He currently serves as a board member on the Kendallville Local Development Corporation and Economic Development Advisory Committee as well as being president of Kendallville Factory Sites. Dr. Alan is a current member and former president of the Kendallville Rotary Club. He enjoys traveling with his wife Jane, landscaping, and spending time with his grandchildren in his free time.

Matthew Will, OD

Dr. Matthew S. Will is a native of southern Indiana. He attended Indiana University for undergraduate and optometry school. After graduating from IU School of Optometry in 2004, he moved to Kendallville and began his practice with Drs. Roush and Will Optometrists.

Dr. Will enjoys giving back to the community as a member of the Albion Rotary Club, member of the South Milford Church of Christ, as well as well as providing vision screenings to local elementary schools. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and two children in the outdoors, camping, and playing pickle ball.

Elizabeth Roush, OD

Dr. Elizabeth Roush is a Kendallville native and the third generation of the Roush family to practice optometry in Kendallville.  She attended Indiana University for her undergraduate and Optometry degrees.  After graduating in 2010, she proudly returned to Kendallville to begin her practice with Drs. Roush and Will.

Dr. Elizabeth is very involved with the community and has volunteered with the Cole YMCA, tri-Kappa philanthropic sorority, Kendallville 4 th  of July Committee, and the Ligonier Rotary Club.  Dr. Elizabeth is married to Dr. Craig Lichlyter they have two wonderful girls.  In her free time, Dr. Elizabeth enjoys spending time on the lake with family and friends, exercising, and traveling.

Craig Bonham, OD

Dr. Craig Bonham is a native of northeast Indiana. He attended IPFW for his degree in Biology. He then attended Indiana University School of Optometry and graduated in 2001. He returned to the Fort Wayne area to practice for many years before joining Drs. Roush and Will in 2018.

Dr. Bonham enjoys volunteering his time as a member of the Albion Rotary Club as well as providing vision screenings to local elementary schools. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy and two children. Dr. Bonham is a beekeeper and produces home-made honey. He enjoys music and was a drummer in a band during his college days.

Craig Lichlyter, OD

Dr. Craig Lichlyter was born and raised in southern Indiana.  He attended Indiana University for his undergraduate and optometry studies.  After graduating optometry school in 2010, he moved to Kendallville and joined Drs. Roush and Will Optometrists.

Dr. Lichlyter enjoys giving back to the community as a member of the Kendallville Rotary Club, a former board member of the Community Foundation of Noble County, as well as providing vision screenings to local elementary schools. Dr. Craig Lichlyter is married to Dr. Elizabeth Roush and they have two wonderful girls.  In his free time, Dr. Lichlyter enjoys spending time on the lake, traveling, running, and watching IU sports.
